Rio Soul Live Active Pty Ltd understands that even though we sell products with high quality standards, there may be moments when a customer may not be 100% satisfied with our products. If that is your case, we apologise in advance and inform you that we have a free return or exchange policy. We profoundly care about giving the best customer experience regardless of the situation or reason for return because we exist for you.
How does it work?
Rio Soul Live Active Pty Ltd offers free return or exchange for all products purchased online within 45 days of purchase. For returns or exchanges of products that you have purchased from one of our pop-up or physical stores, please call +61 424776998 or contact us at marketing@riosoul.com.br.

We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Rio Soul will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and credited to your account.
Rio Soul Live Active Pty Ltd reserves the right to only refund the costumer if the product is shown unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with the price tags still attached. Returns will be accepted on swimsuits only if the hygienic protection is still attached. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
We strongly recommend you do not remove the hygienic protection from your swimsuit until you have first tried it on over the top of your underwear and are certain that the fit and style of our product is to your liking.
