Payment & Currency
All orders made on this website are calculated in Australian Dollar (AUD) and include 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax).
Please note that Rio Soul is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by Shopify / hacker etc.

Orders
Rio Soul Live Active Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason due to unavailability of product, an error in the price, image, product description, an error in your order or if it’s not for personal use. We reserve the right to contact you for verification purposes before we allow your order to be dispatched.
Rio Soul Live Active Pty Ltd will do the best to ensure products ordered are available for delivery and, in most cases, we will notify you when a product is unavailable prior to you completing your order. In some cases this is not possible and we may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where we establish that it is unavailable for delivery. In such cases, we will contact you via the contact details you have provided to us upon your order placement and you will receive a refund through the original method of payment used upon purchase.
Cancelling an order
In case of cancellation of an order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible through our email marketing@riosoul.com.au or phone +61 424776998. We will attempt to cancel your order without delay, however, occasionally it may not be possible to stop an order from being dispatched if it has already been processed.

Damaged products
Rio Soul Live Active Pty Ltd has a very strict quality policy to ensure that the products you purchase on this website are of the highest standard. After receiving your purchased product, you become responsible for inspecting it for fault or damage. If you are not satisfied with the product received, we have a Free Return Policy; please read our Returns Policy for more details.
Delivery
We will be using Australia Post or Sendle for all of our shipping needs and will only deliver to addresses within Australia. All orders will be shipped from our Regional Warehouse located in Sydney within one to three business days. We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.
Please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel a card informing you of its arrival will be left on site and the parcel will be returned to the nearest Australia Post office for you to collect. Please note that our carrier company’s Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas.
Please note that Rio Soul is not responsible for packages, which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
